Dearly Beloved,
“And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying Abba Father” Galatians 4:6. Abba Father simply means “Daddy, Daddy”. You can call God Daddy because you have an intimate relationship with Him and this affords you the opportunity to approach Him boldly without fear or contradiction. No inferiority complex, nor accusation, no feeling of condemnation. It gives you security. It gives you a sense of acceptance and belonging. He is your Daddy and each time you run to Him, you know that you are running to your Daddy, the all-powerful one, the one who never lost a battle, He who has the power to quench the violence fire of the enemy, and shut the mouth of lions. He calls you His own. I challenge you today to live in this consciousness. My God will honor your faith as you call Him “Abba Father”. He will visit you with miracles and the unusual will continually take place in your life.
Shalom!
